So before I went to the gym dragged myself to the gym today, I decided to make a gym hygiene video. I recently took a PT test (physical training-Military) last week and was running in the cold and as soon as I got home I had a mad case of the Ahhhchooo's! Thank goodness I think I'm almost completely over it but I still wanted to get the word out about being conscientious and courteous while at the gym.
